Quick and Easy Granola Bars


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 cups oatmeal/granola


  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a saucepan.
  2. Heat honey/peanut butter over low heat until liquid consistency.
  3. Add oatmeal/granola to saucepan and remove from heat.
  4. Press mix into a 9 inch pan and let set 3-4 hour
  5. Cut into bars and enjoy.

This is a very easy, kid friendly recipe. ┬áReplace the oatmeal/granola with any combination of mix in’s you like to make it your own and suit your taste. This is a sweet, soft and chewy granola bar.
