Pyrohy Dough

Ingredients

2½ cups flour

½ tsp salt

1 cup warm water

¼ cup oil

 Directions

Mix water & oil

Sift flour & salt together

Add wet to dry mixing well

Knead on board until smooth

Roll out thin & cut 2 inch squares or circles

 

Place tsp of filling into each & pinch edges

Drop into salted boiling water & boil 5 – 8 mins

Drain & grease with butter or oil

Alternatively you can fry the circles in a pan with hot oil to make nothings which are a great dipped in ketchup
